Quality Inn Pagosa Springs

location is great

the lobby and the room both smelled like animal urine, the exterior of the building where you check in is in such shabby condition that you aren't sure it;s not an abandoned building. breakfast doesn't offer any protein options like eggs or meat.

Lobby was in different building, breakfast was cold and shared a room with Papa John's, mattresses by front door and both buildings smelled real bad and needed alot of repairs, no yogurt

Location. One woman at the desk was kind enough to make an ice pack for my daughter when she hurt her ankle.

We were charged an extra $20 over the $30 pet fee for our 2 dogs. The breakfast was very sparse...only one type of bread, no bagels or pastries, choices were limited as was the quantity. The carpet in our room needs cleaning. No shelves in shower.

Very clean, remodel was okay. Room was VERY spacious! Bed linens were nice and comfortable.

No elevator. The shower hand wand didn't work or I couldn't figure out how to use it. There was no office chair at the computer desk.

Nothing to like here. Hotel is run down, dark at night . They lock the front door and all staff leaves with no one answering ? Emergency Number?

I was unable to check in at 10:30 pm and never received my room.

The hotel is under renovation and had tools, trash, dirt everywhere. The night clerk was rude and not welcoming. The doors coming into the hotel did not lock-one was propped open with a bag of concrete and other no lock. Charged extra $100 at desk.

they are remodeling and the hallways were disgustingly dirty. The breakfast was out of items and they ran out of coffee. The staff was nice.

The check in process was easy. The room was clean.

No elevator for 2nd floor guest. Breakfast was non-existent and selections not well maintained. The morning clerk did not open at the posted breakfast time and when she did open, the coffee was luck warm. The hotel is under construction.

Room was filthy. Window looked like it had not been cleaned in 10 years. Peeling paint and wall paper. Bathroom floor covered in dust. Sign not visible when approaching from the south. Crumbling facade near the lobby. Definitely not up to standard.

This should be call less then Quality inn

I have a disability wife, there was not an Elevator, had to kill two spiders, bathroom was gross and A/C heater looked like it was going to falll out of the window

Halls reeked of Marijuana, The entry had a light switch but no light. The ceiling had a huge water stain. AC was already set as low as it could go and wasn't keeping up. There was a little desk with a coffee pot but no outlet for the coffee and laptop.

The location

The entire building from the outside looks like it should be condemned, my family did not even want to walk inside to see the room. We did and the room was ok, meaning we didn't see any bugs and it was better than sleeping in the car.

Heard from a local that ?renovations? have been going on for a couple years now, materials everywhere, unfinished drywall patchwork in the walls of our room, looked like mold in the bathroom, telephone didn?t work

Hotel staff was unbelievably rude. Threatened me while they were smoking weed by front door.

The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable.

I booked online and when we pulled up I was scared of what the room would look like. The building needed some serious cleaning and maintenance. The side door was broken so anyone could get into the building. Garbage was piling up. Don¿t book this hotel!

The only redeeming quality for this hotel is the location.

The hotel is literally falling down. The outside is rotting and many of the amenities do not work and have not worked for a long time. The hotel is not secure. Outside doors are not locked and the locks on connecting doors between rooms barely work.

The place is under construction and inhabitable. There no lobby, carpet tack stick exposed wear shoes at all times, no working shower, black mold all over ice machine and there are exposed wires everywhere including fire alarm. Not worth risking your life
